Welcome to Half Moon Lake Lodge!  Located at the foot of the magnificent Wind River Range, Half Moon Lake Lodge is nestled along the shore of the pristine Half Moon Lake, with aspens and pine trees surrounding it’s shores.  The remarkable back drop features towering granite peaks reaching over 13,000 feet into the sky.  And conveniently located only 9 miles away is the wonderful Western tourist town of Pinedale, Wyoming, which is famously known as "The Gateway to the Wind River Range". Our family owned lodge includes 8 secluded cabins throughout a remarkably scenic 20 acres, all with fantastic views of the lake and mountains.  All cabins have a private indoor shower/bathroom and a small kitchenette.  And for your convenience, we provide breakfast items for sale in each cabin such as oatmeal, juices and more. Our restaurant provides breakfast upon request, where our guests often rave at how delicious the food is.  And don't forget to sit out on our spacious deck and enjoy a drink from our full service bar while enjoying the remarkable scenery.  And no matter what your skill level is regarding horseback riding, we’ve got the perfect ride for you... whether it’s a short one hour trail ride, or our popular “Western Safari From Your Saddle!”, which involves an amazing ride through the Bridger-Teton National Forest which is home to elk, moose, pronghorn, mule deer, wolves and much more.  And if you’d like to enjoy the water, Half Moon Lake is great for boating, where we provide a marine (with a fuel pump) that includes 14 slips... some of which can be rented by the day, month or season.  And the fishing in Half Moon Lake is fantastic, where brook trout, brown trout, lake trout (mackinaw), rainbow trout and whitefish are waiting to test your skills as an angler. This area is also a great place to hike and camp as the mountains surrounding this pristine glacial lake beckon hikers of all skill levels to explore them. And because the setting is so beautiful at Half Moon Lake Lodge, our wedding venue is truly second to none.  Both the deck at the Lodge and the Gazebo area can be reserved for the wedding ceremony and/or reception. We provide a catering & beverage package that will perfectly meet your needs.
