Glacier National Park

Mount Gould and Lake Josephine in the Many Glacier Area.
Glacier National Park is unquestionably one of the most beautiful places on this planet. It is home to hundreds of glacier-carved peaks, over 600 lakes, hundreds of rivers, waterfalls and streams, and over 730 miles of maintained hiking trails. Glacier National Park is known as "The Crown of the Continent" and the "American Alps" for a good reason- this place is so beautiful and so spectacular that words cannot begin to describe it.
"INSPIRING"

If we were allowed only one word to describe Glacier National Park, the word would be INSPIRING. When you first lay your eyes on this park and begin to take in its grandeur, you'll agree. It is so beautiful and vast that it will leave a life-long impression on you.

When people come to Glacier National Park, no matter what their age, they are so inspired that they begin to hike, and hike, and hike. And we're talking about people in their 80's who have never been on a trail in their entire life! There's something about Glacier Park that gives people the strength and desire to explore it, and the only way to describe it is "magic". There's a magic in Glacier National Park that uplifts the soul. This magic gives people the desire to hike to places like Grinnell Glacier and Iceberg Lake, where normally they wouldn't even dream of taking on such a task.

The Many Glacier Hotel is known as "The Heart of Glacier National Park".
As you walk these trails, such as Hidden Lake Overlook, Grinnell Glacier Trail, Iceberg Lake Trail, Highline Trail, and the many others, look around at the people. You will see all walks of life, all shapes and sizes, and all age groups. Glacier National Park has a living spirit within it, and it feeds people's souls and inspires them to seek out it's beauty. No wonder Native Americans feel this is a spiritual, sacred place. In fact, they call Glacier National Park "The Backbone of the World".
There's something here that you can feel yet can't describe, and it manifests itself as one of the most beautiful places on the planet!
We feel that Glacier National Park is a place where heaven and earth touch, and once you've discovered its beauty, you will never be the same, ever again.
